Besides the public listings we also have a broad overview of hidden objects or off-market properties within our network. Optionally we can refer various financial advisors to you for more insight and budget options.
Scheduling appointments with sellers and guidance during viewings are standard and unlimited part of our service, so you will never stand alone. We also advise on various matters such as the financial and administrative position of an home owners association (VvE), ground lease conditions, renovation costs and realization, price-quality ratio, and legal aspects.
We also check and inform you regarding all other relevant matters such as the condition of the property, general information about the area or neighborhood and its marketability for future rental or selling. After preparing an offer, possible negotiations and the agreement, we will accompany you to the Notary for the purchase agreement and the inspection on the day of delivery.
